What is your payment terms?
Our payment terms are:
For vehicles that have already arrived at our Nansha Port warehouse:T/T 100% Arrange export procedures afterward.
For vehicles that have not arrived at our Nansha Port warehouse:T/T: 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% payable once the car arrives.
How long will it takes to arrive, once I place an order?
For example, when exporting to Dubai or other Middle Eastern regions, after payment is completed, it takes approximately one week to finalize export procedures. Once loaded at Nansha, the shipment will arrive at your port in about 2-3 weeks. Other destinations may require additional time. We will keep you updated on the shipping progress throughout the process.

The cars will be shipped from Nansha Port, Guangzhou, China.
How to guarantee my order after placing an order?
We will track your order and provide pictures and videos during the process. After delivery, the location of the car will also be tracked and provided to you until you receive it. There will also be dedicated customer service to receive your follow-up feedback.
